Unseen

When I say today was hectic, I mean insanely hectic. The summer sun's vigorous rays shining down on my damn oily face (I looked like a french fry honestly). Drinking two Starbucks drinks to cool off (although I am low-key lactose intolerant hahahaha). Scaring off a girl just to shoot these photos (sorry to whoever you are lol). A day filled with many events finally came to an end. But, being able to catch up with a close friend was worth all the hardships that today had to offer. I'm still trying to get the hang of vlogging when I actually leave my house. However, with my little shy ass still being self conscious of what people will think of me video taping myself with a camera, makes it a difficult task. Why do I still care about what people think of me? I'm not too sure. But, hoping that during my maturing stage as a high school graduate, my insecurities will slowly not bother me as much (wish me luck lmfao).

The color pink is really growing on me (surprisingly). The only colors that used to be in my closet were black, white, and blue. I used to be so boring and generic. Although I'm still boring and generic, at least I'm wearing colors! Overtime, I want to achieve making my outfits more extra and bold to be able to stand out and be myself a little more (Light ass blonde hair is a good start to standing out lmao). Let's work together on trying to use clothes and appearance as a way to voice ourselves. Being able to stop being self conscious is a goal of mine for the new school year. I believe and can achieve! (Maybe??? LOL).

The Face Shop & Kakao Friends Collaboration

The Face Shop released a collection in collaboration with Kakao Talk a while ago. (Yes, I'm very late). But, do you see this damn packaging??? How can anyone resist these products? Although these are just repackaged Face Shop original products, the Kakao Friends packaging makes it irresistible. I recently went to The Face Shop here in Hawaii to pick up a few items. (I ended up buying none of the products I was planning to buy & left with a bunch of Kakao Friend packaged items smh).

This sunscreen is AMAZING. Don't even question me when I say that this sunscreen makes your skin look flawless. Irritating acne scars? Uneven skin color? Not when you are wearing this sunscreen. With a natural tint within the formula, it gives skin a blemish free look! This sunscreen is also not heavy at all (heavy sunscreen more like kill me). With Hawaii always being so humid, waterproof sunscreen is a MUST! Also, being summer time, waterproof sunscreen will stick to your skin like glue while you're sweating like a pig. BEWARE. If you have dry skin, moisturize A LOT. This product will dry out your skin and make it look flaky.

Rate: 4/5

Don't even get me started on The Face Shop hand creams. Not only does it make your hands feel like a baby's, it also doesn't leave your hands feeling like you just shoved it into a jar of oil. I'd rather have dry freaking hands than gross slime hands. The scents are superb! (Just rub some of this hand lotion under your nose because damn.... you'll be wanting to smell these for the rest of your life). They come in green tea, cherry blossom, rose, apple, and berry scent. (THE APPLE SMELLS SO DAMN GOOD I 10/10 RECOMMEND). Although I only picked up the green tea and cherry blossom scents this time, I will be going back very soon to pick up the rest of the scents.

Rate: 5/5

Don't these look like the cutest face masks in the world??? Don't be fooled! They're actually lowkey creepy and frightening when you put them on. But, do these masks actually work? Well... they do work somewhat. I've never been a fan of cotton face masks. (Hydrogel > Cotton) Although they don't benefit your skin they way you would want them to, they do leave your skin very moisturized if you are experiencing dry skin. (I wouldn't recommend if you have oily skin unless you want to look like an oily french fry).

Rate: 2/5

The Face Shop in Hawaii was giving out free neck pillows if you spend $50 or more on any Kakao Friend products!!! LOOK AT HOW MF CUTE THIS IS. This has saved me countless times from waking up with a sore neck when I take my naps sitting up on the couch. They were also giving out Kakao Friend mouse pads with any purchase over $20 (which I got as well). But, it's very filthy right now since I've been playing more and more league since it's summer time.

Hopefully I can go back to The Face Shop and pick up the products that I regret not buying. (THE DAMN APPLE SCENTED HAND CREAM). Thank you for reading and be sure to blow your money on these products like I did!!

The Morning Star

I'm finally a god damn high school alumni! Can you hear me screaming?? Graduating high school made me realize that there's so much ahead of me. I can't wait but I can wait?? I want to go off to college and experience college parties and clubbing. But, I also want to be able to live a carefree life as a child where I'm able to go out with friends everyday and just have a good time. Holy shit so much damn anxiety just thinking about it.

The morning these photos were taken was a very special morning. You learn a lot about people when you spend 12+ hours with them throughout the night waiting for the sunrise to happen. (Damn my eye bags were darker than the night sky!!! LMFAO) Living in Hawaii is such a blessing (& a curse at times).  These photos that were captured look like freaking paintings... Too beautiful to be true. The ONE bad thing about this morning was these tourists getting in out way while we were taking pictures like okay manners??? No?????? I'm stoked for what the rest of summer has in store for me. I hope for many more wild parties and exhilarating adventures! (I want to learn how to surf??? Although I am probably really out of shape!! HAHA) Be ready for many blog updates this summer! (If you can handle my insanity)

My New Chapter

GRADUATION IS NEAR!!! I can't believe that I'm graduating from high school in just about a week. My life is such a mess at the moment. I can't even think straight. Here are some of my graduation photos that I took recently. (Don't mind my ugly hair color and roots!!!! I redid my hair literally 3 days after I took these photos...lmfao)

I STILL haven't gotten any acceptance letters from any colleges yet. (My fault for applying to all my colleges really late.......LMFAO) IF I get accepted, I plan to attend UH West Oahu during the fall semester to study international business! Hopefully later this year I can go to Japan??? I'm praying I can save enough money. Also, maybe Coachella next year??????? PLEASE?????? My friends better follow through with all of our upcoming travel plans smh. I'm scared and excited for graduation? People always tell me I'm going to miss high school and seeing all my friends. But, honestly..... will I actually? I doubt it lmfao. High school was torture and I can't wait to see what college has in store for me! (Long cram nights and 4 cups of coffee a day????) IM READY FOR YOU, LIFE!!!!!! I promise to update more often. Now that shortly I won't have to attend school anymore hehe. See you soon when I'm finally a high school graduate!

Review: Lush Mask of Magnaminty

I went into Lush thinking I was gonna walk out with just one bottle of purple shampoo for my new blonde hair. But, I ended up spending so much!! (Those lush sales associates are so damn good at making me spend money I didn't plan to spend) I ended up buying a lip scrub, some bath bombs (the frozen one is so great btw!!) the Mask of Magnaminty, and other masks.

They gave me a free catalog book that I am OBSESSED with.

Website Info:

"Mask of Magnaminty isn’t technically a daily ‘facial wash’; it’s actually a deep cleansing face and back mask. China clay and fresh peppermint reach deep down to pull the debris from your pores, giving you that delightful tingly-clean sensation. We add loads of aduki beans to exfoliate flaky or dry skin, vanilla absolute to calm redness and honey to soothe. Our inventors created Mask of Magnaminty to be the ‘ultimate face mask’, intense but not harsh or abrasive on the skin. We recommend using Mask of Magnaminty weekly to keep the skin in good condition."

The mask looks kinda nasty. But, it works so freaking well!

How to use:

"Plaster this deep green mask all over your clean face, neck and back. Leave it on for up to 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water, massaging as you go (avoiding the eye area). For best results, follow with a LUSH Moisturizer that best suits your skin type. Mask of Magnaminty will remain fresh for up to four months. Always check the expiration date on your product."

I did test this product on myself but the pictures I took came out so ugly so I won't be posting them. But, this product does wonders to your face omg!

Effectiveness: ☺/5
This product worked really well on my skin! Right after washing this off my face after about 15 minutes, my face felt as if my pores were shot with a shrink ray and shrunk to the size of a piece of dust!! During the process it also felt really tingly and cold on my skin which is a plus. There was also little scrubby pieces (Evening Primrose Seeds) inside the mask which helped with skin exfoliation while washing it off.

Pros:
  • Makes skin smoother
  • Tightens pores
  • Exfoliation benefits
Cons:
  • Scent may be too strong for those that don't enjoy minty scents!!
  • May cause skin irritation from the mint
  • Short shelf life (about 4 months)

Would I buy this product again???
YES! This product tightened my pores and left my skin feeling smoother than a baby's butt! It is a little messy but, it's totally worth it.

Where can you buy this product?

    Review: Cure Natural Aqua Gel

I first heard about cure as the "Japan's no.1 best selling skin care product" from friends, YouTube, and other blogs. It is also said that one bottle is purchased every 12 or 20 seconds. (which honestly I think is fucking impossible but whatever). I was curious about this so I had to try it out myself!!!! I found a bottle of 250ml on Amazon for about $30!

So what is cure and how does it work????

Cure Natural Aqua Gel is very gentle on your skin making it a good product for those with sensitive skin like me! LOL (fuck sensitive skin).
This product contains aloe vera which is very good for the skin! It acts as a moisturizer and also treats acne!

"Aloe vera gel contains two hormones: Auxin and Gibberellins. These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce skin inflammation. Giberellin in aloe vera acts as a growth hormone stimulating the growth of new cells. It allows the skin to heal quickly and naturally with minimal scarring."

Here's what the bottle looks like:
(sorry my room is messy as fuck right now LOL)

    How do you use Cure????

I did a test on my hand before I used it on my face so I know if the product is shitty or not LOL
    Here are some pictures:

    Before Cure Natural Aqua Gel

Cure Natural Aqua Gel on my hand (It looks like spit ew)

After rubbing the gel around my hand (ew so much dead skin!!!!!!)

After rinsing the dead skin off my hand!
You can't really tell a difference from the picture but holy shit my skin felt so smooth after!!!!

I just noticed I have hella ugly hands LOL

Now for the rates and review!!!

    Effectiveness: ☺/5
THIS PRODUCT IS GOD!!!! After I used it on my hand it felt like a baby's fucking butt. I couldn't stop touching my own hand LOL. You can literally see the dead skin cells come off which shows you that this product is actually taking off dead skin and it's not a fucking rip off! It's very easy on the skin and it'll take off all your dead skin without leaving any irritation or redness. (because who the fuck wants ugly lobster red skin???)

    Pros:
    • can see dead skin cells come off
    • makes your skin very smooth
    • no irritation/ redness
    • does not dye out skin
    • bottle can last you at least 4 months

    Cons:
    • a bit pricey!!! (one bottle can range from $30-$40)

    Tips:
    • DO NOT USE ON WET SKIN!!! Using this product on wet skin will ruin the fun and you won't be able to see all your gross skin cells coming off!
    • You don't need a large pump! I say that one pump of this can be used for one area of your face (cheek, forehead, etc.)
    • Use one pump for one area of your face! (I usually start with my left cheek, right cheek, forehead, nose, then finally chin).
    • Don't use this often!! Exfoliating is good once in a while but doing it too much can make your skin fucking irritated and you will start to break out hella!! So I recommend you only use this product once or twice a week depending on your skin!
    • Make sure to use a good moisturizer after using this product to make your skin happy and healthy!

Where can you buy this product????
This product is made in Japan so it may be difficult to find a bottle near you! Your best bet would be to purchase this online
    I got mine from Amazon!!
    Link here: http://www.amazon.com/Cure-Natural-Aqua-Gel-250ml/dp/B001ABLKK2
It is also free shipping so go take advantage!!!!

Circle Lens Review: I.Fairy Dolly Grey

I've been getting asked a lot about my favorite pair of circle lenses and if I could do a review on them. So I thought I would review them today! My favorite pair of circle lenses right now is the I.Fairy Dolly Grey.

    Pictures of the lens:

    Lens Info:
    Diameter: 16.2mm
    Water Content: 42%
    Base Curve: 8.6mm
    Life Span: 1 year

Picture of lens in my eye:

    Rates & Review:

    Design: ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺/5
These lenses are three toned which gives it a natural yet "dolly" look. I really enjoy how the lens has a brown portion in the middle because it makes it look really natural. The black ring around the edge also makes the grey and brown stand out a lot.

    Color: ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺/5
LOL if you guys don't know this about me, grey lenses are my FAVORITE ((besides blue)). These grey lenses are my favorite so far because the grey part of the lens isn't too transparent or too opaque. It's more a translucent color giving it a more natural look. Also, the brown part in the center is a really nice shade of brown omg i wish they had that color brown in a lens because I would 300% buy them hehe.

    Enlargement: ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺/5
These lenses have a dimeter of 16.2mm which makes your pupil look HUGE LOL. I'm not even exaggerating, these lenses are really big. The good thing about these lenses is that it makes your eye big without covering the whole white part of your eye.

    Comfort: ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺/5
These lenses are really comfortable but sometimes since the size is so big, it can irritate your eye after a while. I can usually wear these lenses 6-8 hours a day without my eyes getting irritated. But after 9 hours, my eyes start to get itchy and red :-(

    Overall: ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺/5
LOL well these are my favorite lenses so of course I would rate them a 5/5. I wear these lenses almost everyday depending on my outfit. I always get compliments about the color of these lenses. I honestly think the color of great. I would totally recommend these lenses to anyone who is going for the natural yet "dolly" look ^^ These lenses also match any outfit because grey matches almost everything LOL.

    Selcas while wearing the lens:

Thanks for reading my review and I hope you enjoyed it ^^ I promise to have more reviews, tutorials, and posts about my personal life up soon because I'm on summer break now! Have a great day☺
